Jesse James & Company may have been around for more than 20 years, but their products are timeless. Scrapbookers and cardmakers alike enjoy creating projects with this company’s fun embellishments, spanning a variety of colors and themes. (Jesse James & Company also makes beads, which are very popular with all you jewelry makers out there.)

Style

Jesse James & Company embellishments are sold in theme packs which cover every life event, holiday, hobby and activity under the sun. From “At the Ballet” to “Raining Cats and Dogs,” “Viva Las Vegas” to “Scaredy Cat,” Jesse James and Company pretty much has something for everyone.

The most recent embellishment packs just released by Jesse James & Company at the Craft & Hobby Association Winter convention include: “Just Darling,” “Little Tyke,” “Life’s a Beach,” “Tying the Knot,” “Winter Wonderland,” “Lady Luck,” “Sorbet” and “Vibrance.”

I was really pleased when I opened my package from Jesse James & Company and saw these embellishment packs. Some of them — like the baby, beach and winter embellishment packs — are just so cute, while others — including the wedding pack — are really elegant. What wedding layout or card would be complete without a ”blingy” wedding ring embellishment?!

Quality

I have always been happy with the quality of the products from Jesse James & Company, and I’m sure you will be too. The embellishments are sturdy and well-made.

It’s worth noting that some of the embellishments do come with hooks on the back; they can easily be snipped off with wire clippers to make them lay flat on your page.

Versatility

I have worked with Jesse James & Company products before, on layouts with topics ranging from travel to golf. I have always found that they added a really nice finishing touch, and I am really excited to use these fun new products on future projects!

Every scrapbooker has a different style, and some scrapbookers might find some of these embellishments a little bit too cutesy for them. Again, it really depends on your style. I tend to stay away from really cutesy items most of the time, but I can definitely see myself using a good amount of these new products.  The great things is, there is something here that most everyone will enjoy.

If you don’t think these embellishments would go well on your pages, I would definitely suggest you consider using them for cards. I know I will definitely incorporate some of the babygirl (Just Darling) and baby boy (Little Tyke) into my future baby cards and gifts; they are just so adorable!
